1. No unnecessary Noise from person, unit or vehicle/bakkie/truck
2. No Loitering
3. No dumping or littering
4. No open fires
5. No Parties
6. No Drinking
7. Don’t waste water, Strictly No vehicle/bakkie/truck or part of a
vehicle/bakkie/truck to be washed
8. If you can turn the power/light off, do it when you leave the unit.
9. Drawing or painting on the walls, storage unit doors and area’s in front of your unit/s is not permitted
10. No Vehicles, Goods, Rubbish, Trailers, Trucks and Generators or
simply anything, to be left unattended on these premises, day or night
11. No hanging things or putting items between roof eve’s structure
12. No Dumping over boundary fence
13. Don’t sweep out waste/dirt contents of your vehicle/bakkie/truck here.
